ELMSFORD, N.Y. – The MGACSF held it's first ever endowment reception at Knollwood Country Club on Wednesday night. The roughly two-hour gathering brought board members, scholar recipients, and benefactors together in one room.

MGACSF board member and former president, Lee Paton shared opening remarks, including a brief history of The Fund as well as how it operates and sustains itself. Then, he turned it over to MGA Foundation Director, Johanna Gavin, who provided an overview of the foundation along with the shared goals between it and the CSF. Current president, James Martell, proceeded Gavin with some remarks of his own which featured a number of thank you's to The Fund's supporters, sponsors, and advocates.

Once all three finished speaking, everyone mingled for about a half hour where scholars had the chance to chat with those who've supported them along the way.
